This is the beginning I suppose, but where to start? I guess it should be about who I am, or at least who I believe I am at this moment.

    I'm 35, female. Born and raised in the US military. Diagnosed with ADD as a child, but we will get more into that later. Anxiety, depression, migraines (what I consider normal). Oldest child of an oldest child. I'm a survivor, of many things, of many traumas. I'm still here. Every day, every year is a surprise. This is my story, not of just my past and present. But of my future, as I learn to accept who I am. It'll be a journey, but I've survived it this far.
